Graduate students, faculty, and researchers recently participated in a two-day hands-on training on Fiscal Incidence Analysis using the Commitment to Equity (CEQ) approach, led by Dr. Rafael Alves de Albuquerque Tavares of the World Bank. The sessions provided practical exercises and discussions on how taxes and government spending impact income distribution and poverty.
Held at UPSE’s Ang Pagbabalik Class ’74 ATBP. Collaborative Space, the training fostered an interactive learning environment and strengthened capacities for evidence-based fiscal policy analysis.
