The Procurement Service–Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) concluded its first quarter of online client learning engagements (CLE) on the modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) under the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), as part of its capacity-building initiatives for government agencies nationwide.
The sessions provided a platform for agencies, including the Philippine Center for Economic Development (PCED), to enhance their understanding of the modernized procurement system and its key features, including the eBidding Facility and eMarketplace.
Through these initiatives, PS-DBM continues to promote efficient, transparent, and innovative public procurement systems across government institutions.
This supports SDG 16 – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions and SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
